2010.03.14 - W3D4 - 164

No workout today!!!  And a good thing too, with losing an hour from DST.

Diet

Breakfast - Pancake with Syrup
Snack - Skip
Lunch - Tuna Sandwich
Snack - 1/2 piece of cheesecake and 1/2 scoop vanilla frozen yogurt
Dinner - 1 taco and 1/2 cup of beand & rice
Snack - 1 piece of cake and 1 scoop of ice cream
